This bright sun-filled contemporary house is built on two levels. The main floor (2000 sq ft) features a main bedroom with ensuite full... bathroom and two additional bedrooms with an additional full bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently updated.

The living room and dining room are also on the main level, with an open floor plan with hard wood floors. The dining room opens to a large screened porch with heating lamps and a Weber gas grill. The newly remodeled kitchen has a full view of the woods and comes equipped with granite countertops, a large pantry and all the amenities.

The finished lower level provides an additional large living room space, a kitchen area, and a full bathroom / laundry room. One of the two garages will be available for use.

Rent includes electricity, Cable TV and snow plowing costs for the winter (gas utilities are not included).

The house is located on a 1.1 acre lot in the peaceful woods of the Atkins Reservoir (a short 0.5 mile walk), 2 miles from Cushman Café and Market and a 10 minute drive to downtown Amherst.

This is a short-term 3-month lease. No pets please.
