Shared house close to campus

Shared house 5 minutes away from main campus (East Side)

Looking for a responsible student (a graduate student or Faculty Staff) to sublet my room in a shared house starting May 17th (one upstairs and one on the main floor.)
Another room on 1st... floor will be available (more details during visit)

The current lease runs through September 2026 and can be extended after, so this is a great long-term option for someone looking for stability.
Location: It is just a 5-minute walk to the main UMass campus and a 5-minute walk to the Route 43 bus stop (direct access to Northampton).
Room Details: Located on the first floor, conveniently right next to the living room and kitchen. It is furnished and I will leave/sell some items behind if you are interested.
Housemates: You will be living with two quiet and respectful graduate students.
Rent: $850/month.
Utilities: Not included in the rent. (average of 100$/month depending on the season)
Availability: Starting May 17, 2026.
Requirements:
We will be holding brief informal interviews to ensure a good fit with the current housemates.
