Looking for a female student or young professional for our lovely 4-bedroom house in Sunderland, starting Sep 1st! Rent is $725/month + utilities. We're three female UMass grad students, 2 PhDs in Communications from Korea and a 4+1 masters student... in Public Health. We're quiet, friendly, and welcoming, and we're looking for someone clean and responsible who can share in housekeeping duties.

● 4 bed, 2 bath house with a washer and dryer on the first floor
● 9/1/25 - 8/31/26 lease, but we can offer an 8/1 move-in with the month of August free
● Rent is $725/month, utilities + wifi is another $35/month.
● 2 minute walk from the 31 bus stop, 13 minute bus ride to UMass Campus
● Included in the rent: garage parking space, snow plowing, lawn care and house repairs
● Beautiful, quiet area with nature walking trails and conservation areas nearby
● No smoking or pets allowed.

More specifics about the room:
● Area is 12' x 11'
● No A/C - need to install an A/C unit
● All furniture pictured is on sale to the next tenant: twin XL mattress and bed frame for free, 2 of the 3 lamps for $5/each, office chair or $25, desk and sofa for $75 each.
