The master bedroom is available from January 2025 (CAN BE SHARED).
I am looking for one or two people to join me in leasing a private shared master bedroom in a three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom townhouse at Rolling Green Apartments from... February 2025.
The rent is $1,200 per person or $600 for two people, inclusive of all utilities (heat, water, electricity) except WiFi.
The master bedroom boasts two closets and air conditioning. The house is fully furnished with all basic furniture in the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a community pool right around the corner. You can buy the furniture in the room at a lower price if you want to.
The bus stop for route 30 is right outside the house, and the bus comes every 15 minutes, taking you to UMass in just 15 minutes. Convenience stores and the Asian grocery store and Indian store (Neighbors Market) are super close by.
You will be living with two flatmates. One is a biology student and the other is a business analytics student (who occupy the other private rooms). So far, we have been a pretty social flat. We cook and watch films together in our living rooms. We also use our flat for social gatherings and make friends across all friend groups. I had a great time here.
