Room in private home, close to campus, private bathroom

This is an owner-occupied home. The room for rent if fully furnished with a full size bed, desk, shelves, bureau, closet, lamps and AC. You will have shared access to the kitchen and laundry. You'll have your own full bathroom. The entry to the... house is shared. I am looking for a quiet person who cleans up after themself. I have a dog (a golden doodle) who lives with me part time. It is important that you 1) like dogs 2) spend some time with her so she's comfortable with you and 3) help out from time to time by taking her for short walks around the block.

Early move-in is available at a pro-rated amount.

I put 5 months for the lease- but if the situation is working out, we can renew/extend for the full school year.
