Room in Northampton Summer

One fully furnished and spacious bedroom is available for summer 2025 (June 1 - August 31) in our house. You will live with three other housemates - Two male Ph.D. students (Computer Science and Comparative Literature) and one female Ph.D. student... (Hispanic lit. and linguistics). We are quiet, friendly, and prefer to keep the common space clean. Details of the house are:

- Rent $700$

- Type: 4 bed / 2 full bath house; every bedroom has a closet. (You will be taking one of the big rooms on the 2nd floor, facing the driveway)

- Location: 5 min walk to the nearby Stop & Shop/ KFC/ McDonalds/ Taco Bell, 17 minutes walk to the nearby B43 bus stop, 18 minutes walk to Northampton downtown and 25 minutes drive to UMass (9.5 miles). There is a nice bike trail just near the house.

- The room is fully furnished with multiple desks, an external monitor, a chair and a bed.

- Amenities: Laundry in the house, off-street parking

- Utilities included in rent: Heat, Electricity, Internet, Recycling, Snow Removal, Trash Removal

- Lease Duration: June 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025

- Pets: Unfortunately, the owner does not allow pets.
