A private bedroom will be available from June 1 to August 31 in a shared apartment. The current tenant of the private bedroom will be vacating on May 28, and we’re looking for someone to join us for the... remainder of the lease, which ends on August 31 (no renewal option). You don't have to sign the lease.
Rent:

Private bedroom: $550/month
Living room option (if preferred): $430/month

Electricity and Wi-Fi not included in the rent but can be shared.
Laundry available in the building ($1.75 per wash/dry)

Location & Commute:

Convenient access to UMass via PVTA Bus Route 30 (Old Belchertown Road-North Amherst)

Household:

Currently shared with three graduate students from UMass.
