TLDR: AWESOME HOUSEMATE WANTED ($780/month each + utilities)

Looking for a grounded, passionate, community-minded, growth-oriented graduate student for our lovely 4-bedroom house in Amherst Center, starting Sep 1st! Rent is $780/month each +...
utilities. You would be living with three UMass PhD students.

The house is a 10min walk from the town center and two blocks from the 30 bus route. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, there is a large basement with lots of storage and on-site laundry, and a covered garage as well. We enjoy hanging out together and hosting fun events or dinners, and this year we are hoping to find people who are similarly outgoing or would like to do activities together outside of work. Communicating requests and needs, being respectful of each other’s privacy and boundaries, cleaning up after ourselves, and working together on house maintenance makes everything better!

Please reach out you are interested and tell us about yourself! We can set up a time to get to know each other better, do a house tour, go over any questions, and see if it’s a good fit for everyone. Please note that the landlord does not allow pets or smoking.
