Large room available in two bedroom unit. The room is semi furnished or if have your own furniture we can make arrangements to accomodate . Use of kitchen and living room also. Parking in lot. Deck and small garden area in the back. Quiet area... for studying and walking and enjoying Amherst. The price for use of the bedroom, kitchen, and other common areas is $500.- 550 a month with utilities included. It is now available for remainder of January 2025 on.
