Riverside Apartments

We pay for electricity and internet separately. Internet is around $60 per month which we can split evenly. We have a heat pump for heating in the winter that goes to our electricity bill so it goes up in winter. Winter bill can go as high as $150... per person and as low as $70 per person in spring. Summer costs can be as low as $50 per person. The rooms don't get hot. Heating costs are incurred whether you are at home or not. We alternate cleaning the living room, bathroom and kitchen weekly or bi-weekly.
