Riverside Apartments

We pay for electricity and internet separately. Internet is around $50 per month which we can split evenly. We have a heat pump for heating in the winter that goes to our electricity bill so it goes up in winter. Winter bill can go as high as $150... per person and as low as $70 per person in spring. Summer costs can be as low as $50 per person. The rooms don't get hot in the summer and you won't need an AC, though the heat pump can function as an AC. Heating costs are split evenly in the winter as per the lease agreement. We alternate cleaning the living room, bathroom and kitchen weekly or bi-weekly.

I am only looking for one roommate to take the second bedroom. The landlord does not lease to undergrads. I would prefer to live with another PhD student (male or female).
My biggest asks are being able to communicate when there are issues, be cooperative on cleaning the house twice a week, keep shared spaces tidy and being mindful of noise levels.

Here is a link to my profile from the roommates website:
"I’m a 28-year-old male in my second year of a PhD in CS. I like running, working out and outdoors. I ski and swim in the winter, bike in the spring, run in the summer and fall. I like visiting bars on weekends. I like good movies at the theater. I prefer a roommate who is social, kind, reasonable, as clean as possible and who can compromise.
The unit is 3 bus stops away from campus. You can take the 30,31 or 33 bus lines. It's a 5 minute drive to campus, or 30 minute walk. I prefer walking/biking to and from campus most days. The unit is near a convenient store and laundromat. We also have our own laundry in the compound, cheaper than laundromat. "
