Within walking distance of many trails, a 120-acre conservation area, two restaurants, a coffee shop, and a beer bar.

Cozy, environmentally-friendly home with vegetable gardens, a backyard meadow, and politically progressive landlords. There is a shared entrance. The tenant will have three private rooms (350 sq ft. total): a large bedroom, sitting room/office/kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Furnished with a queen-size bed, night table, lamps, chest, dresser and large closet with shelves; window AC, small fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave; dishes and utensils, table/desk with chair, futon couch; and abundant shelves for storage. Some additional storage possible in basement or garage. The tenant will have access to the main kitchen when needed, the shared washer and dryer and one parking space.

Very well-behaved, completely house-trained dog negotiable [no cats].
No subletting.

$1050/month (utilities and internet included) for one person. Option to pay part of rent by helping with yard and gardens.
