Ideal for graduate students, faculty, and visiting professors. Month-to-month lease (last tenant was there for five years). Tenant responsible for electricity (which will include heat from new heat pump), cable/internet, and obtaining renter's insurance. Landlord responsible for water/sewer, garbage, snow removal and yard work.
