This 2-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of our vintage two-family home built in 1870 and 1922. We are two mindful, queer-friendly, self-employed professionals who thrive on working from home. We have decades of helpful connections and local... knowledge about the upper Pioneer Valley that we love to share..

We are looking for one or two renters who are ALL OF THESE:
– Curious, communicative, neighborly, and caring of their surroundings inside and out
– Grad students, faculty, or working professionals who enjoy being quiet most of the time
– Committed to putting all food scraps in the composting bucket that supports a local farmer and keeps organic matter out of the waste stream.
– Committed to using unscented cleaning products and laundry detergent (not Tide, Gain, A&H or any others banned in NY State due to toxic ingredients)
– Committed to leaving the apt as clean as you found it
– Able to offer two landlord references

** No smoking tobacco indoors or outdoors on the property.
** Pets: We're happy to consider pets by meeting them when we meet you.

Located in the quiet, sought-after neighborhood known as "the Patch," we're a few blocks from downtown Turners Falls, the bike trail, canal (incl fishing), wooded trails, and PVTA bus stop.

The back porch overlooks beautiful gardens and the huge canopy of our 3-story apple tree.

Free Parking is always available for 1 or 2 cars on the street out front and in our driveway during overnight winter parking bans.
