Puffton Village Apartment Summer Sublet

I am looking to sublet my room in a three bed/two bath puffton apartment for the summer of 2025 starting in early June (potentially late May) and running through August 31st.

The rent for this room is $935/month, and I pay around $50-$70 monthly for... utilities ($27/month for wifi + electric). Our apartment is towards the front of puffton village, less than a minute from the bus stop and about 10-15 minutes walking from campus, 3-5 minutes driving. We are also right next to the pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts, and across the parking lot from the laundry room (super convenient!) I will leave my room fully furnished (optional), so you will have a bed, mattress, bedside table, desk, and clothing storage when you move in.

I live with two roommates, one of whom plans to live here over the summer (in the downstairs bedroom), while the other is also looking for a summer sublet for the other upstairs bedroom (let me know if you are interested in both rooms!) You would be sharing a bathroom with whoever is subletting the other room upstairs, and have communal access to the kitchen (microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher) and the living room area (TV and a HUGE, very comfy sectional).
