A 24/7 Cumberland Farms and other shops are a 10-minute walk away. Neighborhood is quiet and... close to nature; neighbors are mostly UMass-affiliated and friendly.

The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared with one roommate. He is a graduate student in the UMass Computer Science Department—respectful, responsible, quiet, and clean. He balances a friendly demeanor with a reserved personality. During the day, he works from home or attends classes.
