Private Living Room Space in Lantern Court Apts, Female Tenant preferred (Shared Housing)

You would stay in a private living room space separated by curtains, about 11 by 12 feet in floor space. Your roommates would be myself a male... undergrad in my 3rd year and a female PhD. If you prefer to stay in an all female apartment I can try to make arrangements to swap my place with a female tenant from another apartment. So then this apartment would have 3 female tenants and 0 male tenants.

It is within a 2 minute walk to the Rt. 31 bus stop as well as Dunkin, Subway, Frontier Pizza, and a convenience store. The rent for the living room is $530 out of the total $1650 of the apartment. There are curtains hung up separating the space and there is a floor lamp. Other than that, it is unfurnished. The apartment is on the second floor which is the top floor. You would need to climb stairs so it is not handicap accessible unfortunately. I can also do a video tour of the apartment, or you can come visit if you're currently in the area.

With 3 total tenants:
Heating uses electricity not gas and is not included in rent. Electricity in the winter can be up to $130 per person, in the summer the price is variable on how much time people spend at home during the day and running the A/C. During the spring and fall it's closer to $60 per person.

Internet is $22.66 per person.

Laundry is in the basement of the adjacent building. It's $2.50 for 30 min washing and $2.50 for 60 min drying.
