Looking for a female tenant to occupy a private bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment. You would have 2 roommates. One is a female PhD who is working at UMass Amherst. The other is a female Master's degree holder... who currently commutes to a nearby town for work. One of those roommates is staying in the living room as a private living space, which is separated by curtains.

It is within a 2-minute walk to the Rt. 31 bus stop as well as Dunkin, Subway, Frontier Pizza, and a convenience store. The rent for the bedroom is $560 out of the total $1,650 of the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor, which is the top floor. You would need to climb stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately. The bedroom is mostly furnished. There is a twin-size bed and bed frame, a standing fan, storage drawers, a desk, a chair, and some clothes hangers in the closet.

With 3 total tenants:
Heating, hot water, and cooking use electricity, not gas, and are not included in rent, so they are part of the total electric bill from Eversource. Electricity in January can be up to $130 per person; in the summer, the price varies depending on how much time people spend at home during the day and running the A/C. In the Spring and Autumn, the price is lower. During September, for example, the cost is closer to $40 per person.

Internet is $33 per person.

Laundry is in the basement of the adjacent building. It's $2.50 for 30 min wash cycle and $2.50 for 60 min dry cycle.
