Location: 10–12 min walk to UMass (about as close as private apartments get), with buses 30 & 31... nearby.

Rent: $750/month + utilities (total apartment rent: $2,100).

The apartment is already booked, so you'd simply be taking the third spot. The deposit arrangement is flexible.
