local older artist/farmer seeks responsible, reliable, flexible person to help with office, cleaning and gardening work on small homestead 6 miles from Amherst.

We are gathering a small community of ecologically - conscious folk who want to live... close to the land, garden, study and apply permaculture and raise small livestock, ie goats, chickens.

Our homestead is on a beautiful nine acres with barn and coop, streams, wetlands, forest and pastures. We have deep clean well water and many hiking trails that go down to the Amethyst Brook Conservation area and center of Amherst.
Must have a car, not on a bus route.

It takes 15 minutes to get to the colleges or the center of Amherst. Off street parking, fast fiber optics internet. All the benefits of country living yet close to Amherst.
