Room for rent in duplex home of a single mom and occasional teen daughter. Quiet, private room. Beautiful country setting on Buffam Falls conservation area with miles of walking/hiking trails. 3.5 miles from UMass campus. 1.5 miles from bus stop.... Large yard/garden. We have a large friendly mellow dog. Smoking outside OK.
