One East Pleasant

Based on the leasing office information, this is a reletting, not sublease. The original rent was $1875, but now it’s only $1500 per month(I will cover the difference until the current lease ends). The apartment features a gym and a dedicated room... for Amazon package deliveries. It’s just a 2-minute walk to downtown, and the bus stop is located right downstairs. The building offers 24/7 management and security for enhanced safety. The rent price is negotiable.

If you decide to take over the apartment, there will be a $500 installment fee as part of the application process, and you will need to prepay the last month's rent upfront.

If you choose to start renting from February, the lease will last for six months, with the official rent remaining $1,875 per month. However, I will provide you with a subsidy of $375/month, totaling $2,250 (375 x 6 months). This amount will be paid to you via Zelle or check after you sign the lease and I successfully terminate my lease with the Leasing Office.
