One bedroom available in cute 4 bed house, close to campus, near bus 30 route

Looking for someone to take over my lease for a large upstairs bedroom in a house off campus. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are already occupied by tidy and considerate housemates. The room offered has 2 sky light windows equipped with shades.... The room comes with a window air conditioner provided by the land lady. Very large back and side yard with a fire pit (never used it myself) and a large back porch which is really nice to sit outside on. Room also comes with a decent sized walk in closet.

Rent is $1050 a month and utilities are Wi-Fi and electricity which has been around 80-90 per person in the summer due to running the AC.

I have a queen sized mattress and bed frame I am willing to leave and give to you for free. They are lightly used (3 months). I also have additional furniture that I am not sure I will need and am open to leaving some if you want it as well, but we can talk about that when it comes to it.

The house has a shared kitchen with a stove/oven, and microwave, and I am planning to leave my toaster oven for everyone as well. The kitchen also comes with a dishwasher.

Chores are on a rotating schedule between everyone in the house, roommates are very nice and accommodating and will explain to you the schedule.

Trash and Recycling removal comes on Tuesdays and is covered by the landlord.
