It includes 2 units with separate entrances, and front and back yards. (The 1-bedroom... small southern unit is already rented out.) The northern unit has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, and a spacious kitchen & dining area with a sliding door to backyard, and a small room with laundry hookups in front of kitchen. (Washer & drier might be available/negotiable but not guaranteed.) And, if needed, the providing of very simple old (not really decent) furniture is negotiable.
