Furnished house, perfect for graduate students, a professor visiting for the year, or anyone else looking for a one-year (academic year) rental. There could be a a renewal of the lease for the next academic year. (Owners will be using the house in the summer).
Pets may be ok depending on the pet.
Nonsmokers only.
Unfortunately, this house is not on a bus line so tenants would need to have a car.
