It’s ideally situated within a calm residential neighborhood, just a short walk to downtown and UMass Amherst, as well as Amherst College. The location offers both tranquility and easy access to everything Amherst has to offer. The apartment has central heating and cooling, and all of the utilities are included, except for the internet, which is only $30/month, split 3 ways. There is also laundry onsite, so you have everything you need at home.
