Lease Transfer/Sublet

Private furnished bedroom available for the spring from January 2025-August 2025 at 124 Amity Street which is about a 20 minute walk to campus or 10 minute bus ride (there is a bus stop right outside the building- 33 route). Ideally, the next tenant... takes over the lease which goes until August 2025 with an option to renew. Security deposit of $1800 is required before move-in (in-person tours available).

It is a 2bed 1bath (shared) apartment in downtown amherst for $900/month excluding utilities which are about $50/month and internet is $25/month. Rent is not negotiable - comparable units in the area are priced at over $1000/month. There is no in unit washer/dryer but there is a coin-op right across the street in The Perry. There is free parking in the back of the building. You will have 2 super sweet roommates and you cannot be allergic to cats (they can be kept in roommate’s room if that is a concern).
