There's a second floor deck, a large yard, campfire pit, and direct access to forested trails.

Location is just off Route 9, less than ten minute drive to UMass/downtown Amherst. Nearby local grocery and Hadley shopping centers. Bus routes are walkable, but driving is recommended.
