LEASE TRANSFER Brandywine Apartments
A quiet apartment complex very close to UMass, very clean area and close to 2 reliable bus routes. There is a cute pond that is taken care of by the property managers, it's a cheaper place to live but the owners do try their best to make sure... everything is taken care of. Primarily graduate students living here, and I've never been bothered (or noticed) parties, so a great place for quiet students like me! Please note, that you will be taking over my year-long lease (or can sublet with the other lease holder), and you'll be living with a male 2022 UMass CICS graduate. Very kind, polite, clean, and willing to help with whatever, he is a great roommate! Please keep that in mind when reaching out.
