I'm looking for a female roommate for a roommate transfer! A quiet apartment complex very close to UMass, very clean area and close to 2 reliable bus routes. There is a cute pond that is taken care of by the property managers. Primarily graduate... students living here, and I've never been bothered (or noticed) parties, so a great place for quiet students like me! Please note, that you will be taking over my roommate's lease and will be living with me (a quiet, PhD student in the plant & soil science department). My partner also will spend the night relatively often, so overnight guests must be allowed. I am super chill, but despite bugs so a clean house is a must! You have the option of moving into a semi-furnished room, and the kitchen & living room will be fully furnished as well. Looking forward to getting to know you!
