Large bedrooms available in condo walking distance from UMass campus

Looking for people to rent two bedrooms in an Amherst town house located about 15 minute walk to campus and 5 minute walk to town center. Unit is 3 BR with 2 1/2 baths. First floor has a garage for storage, a large living room plus eating area... (24'x12'ish), kitchen with dishwasher, and a small private back yard. The common space is fully furnished. There is in-unit laundry, central air and heat, off street parking, and easy access to bus routes.

Second floor room is average sized (14'x12' ish) and third floor bedroom is quite large (24'x14' ish but with a sloped ceiling). Both rooms have a walk in closet, are partially furnished (bed and desk), and have access to common 1 1/2 bathrooms. Asking $1250 for the second floor and $1300 for the third floor per month (plus security deposit upfront) with total utilities averaging about $100 each. If you pay full semester lease up front, save $50 per month.

Current occupant is 1 female UMass grad student looking for someone who is responsible and reasonably neat.
