Looking for someone to rent a 3rd floor bedroom in an Amherst town house located about 15 minute walk to campus and 5 minute walk to town center. Unit is 3 BR with 2 1/2 baths. First floor has a garage for storage, a large living room plus eating... area (24'x12'ish), kitchen with dishwasher, and a small private back yard. The common space is fully furnished. There is in-unit laundry, central air and heat, off street parking, and easy access to bus routes.

Current occupants are 1 professional male, and 1 female UMass grad student who are looking for someone who is responsible and reasonably neat.

The available bedroom is quite large (24'x14' ish but with a sloped ceiling), good for someone who needs or wants a private workspace, with a walk in closet as well as a linen closet. Is currently partially furnished: bed and desk. Asking $1250 per month (plus security deposit upfront) with total utilities averaging about $100 each. If you pay full semester lease up front, save $50 per month.
