Lovely, large 2-bedroom 2 bath, dog-friendly in-law apartment with its own separate entrance in our home, available August 1. Includes one-car garage.

Our tenant(s) should have good credit, strong landlord and employer references. One well-behaved... dog is okay. Please – no cats or other pets. Ideally,the tenant(s) should able to care for our dog when we are away (and we for theirs).

It's located in a country setting near the Belchertown / Pelham town line just 11 minutes from Amherst Center and Amherst College and 13 minutes to UMass. We are not near a bus stop, so you will need a car.

The sunny lot has conservation land on two sides and across the road, with many hiking trails and a large pond just up the road. There is plenty of room for an organic garden.

No smoking on premises.
