The next lease term is from 9/1/26 through 8/31/27, but an interested tenant could move in as early as June 1 and take over the end of my current lease term.

“My name is Axel. I use they/them pronouns. I am 20 turning 21 in the summer. I enjoy writing, reading, listening to music, traveling, and creating art such as painting. I have two Guinea pigs that stay in a cage in my room. I’m a vegetarian. I enjoy cooking but don’t cook too often. I don’t usually have guests over but am fine if others do. I mainly keep to myself but do like socializing. I work at a fast food restaurant and am currently pursuing a human services degree at GCC.
