JUNE, JULY & AUGUST SUBLET - private bedroom in 3b1b in downtown Amherst

SUMMER SUBLET - JUNE, JULY, AUGUST - private room in a 3b1b in Amherst (basically downtown)

Heyy! I'm subletting my room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in Amherst for the summer, June 1st-August 31st (start day could be earlier, end date could...
also be a couple of days later!)

·Location: 3 minutes walk to downtown Amherst and to the bus stop for multiple PTVA bus lines, including the B43 to Northampton; 13 minutes on foot to UMass, 20 minutes to Amherst College (5 minutes or less by car), 5 minutes by bike to UMass and 10 to Amherst College

·Costs per person: Rent is $810/month; electricity is around $40/month; wifi shared with neighbors comes to $18/month (we've never had speed issues) - you'd also pay a $400 security deposit, which you get back at the end!

·Amenities: washing machine and dryer in the basement (no laundry fees!); parking available in the driveway; furnished common areas, with kitchen and bathroom renovated last year; both rooms come furnished as well!

·Roommates: you'll be living with another subletter (F) and starting July our housemate Catherine (F), incoming graduate student, will also be around. We’re looking for someone who can share a space, clean up after themselves and communicate effectively about any issues that come up!

(You may have seen another listing for this place, that was my other housemate looking for a subletter too, I promise this is not a scam!)

So if you need a space for the summer while you work in your lab, do your internship, or whatever other cool things you're doing, shoot me a message introducing yourself a bit, and we can work out the details😊
