The studio is in the brand new, upscale Fieldstone, which is right inside UMass Amherst, campus. It’s fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and laundry. All utilities are already included in the rent. The building also has a modern gym, quiet study areas, and other shared spaces you can freely access. The place is a definition of luxury living.
The original rent is $1900/month, but I’m happy to cover half, so you cannot find this price of $950 for the whole month of July anywhere else! My plan for the summer changed and I moved out earlier than expected, otherwise there is absolutely nothing wrong with the place.
