Looking for a housemate for a 2-bedroom 1.5 bath cozy condo in a nice complex from September 2025 to May 2024. The home is in a quite area with in 4 minutes' walk to bus stop B31.
The tenant must pay $700 for the rent. Rent Includes Lawn Care, Snow... Removal, Access to the Pool, 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance. Tenants share the price of electricity and internet.
I am a male graduate student at UMass, and I spend most of my daily time at university. The potential tenant is preferably a male graduate student or a working professional.
The potential tenant should pay an application fee to the corresponding agent which is around $300+security deposit and one month rent which is around $1700.
