The landlord is a very friendly American woman who is thoughtful and often gives flowers or small gifts during holidays. She lives on the second floor, and the rental space is on the third floor. Since she has her own bathroom, you will have access... to a separate bathroom. You only need to clean your own room, and the other shared areas are cleaned regularly by a cleaner arranged by the landlord.
The landlord has two cats, but they mainly stay on the first and second floors, so the tenant should be comfortable with cat.
The rent include all utilities. ($900/monthly)
