In the heart of a the beautiful village of Shelburne Falls, just a few hundred yards to groceries, bus line #41, coffee shops and restaurants. It's impossible to live here without a car, i... .e. trying to commute to UMASS using buses is way too cumbersome). It's about 35 minutes campus, good for the student who wants to be more remote from campus. You would be joining a household with myself and another housemate and sometimes college son (who is mostly away at school right now). I am an extrovert who enjoys people, and is self-employed with a variety of interests (drawing, swimming, basketball, cooking, eating, etc.) Household shares chores of housekeeping, lawn care and snow removal (driveway that we share). Looking for housemate(s )who are either full time employed or full time students and enjoy the company of others. Fragrance free household. (No fabreeze) Costs include electricity and heat. We have wifi, but no cable tv. NO smoking, no recreational drugs, no pets, woman preferred.
