Homeshare/Room for Rent

I'm a female homeowner, looking for a mature female to share her peaceful, rural home. A two-month lease is preferred (month-to-month by default). Moving is stressful. Acclimating to new surroundings and people takes time. If we agree that the... situation is a good fit for both, the lease can be extended for whatever time frame works best. No pressure. My last renter stayed for five years before purchasing her own home. My home is located on a private acre, in a quiet neighborhood less than 6 miles from UMass. Bedroom is a spacious 11' X 12'. I am a visiting nurse who is nearing retirement (but, who can retire in this economy?). I believe in kindness, empathy, and gratitude.
