The house at 11-13 Maple Avenue is very close to the center on town without being right in it. It is situated on a dead end street and takes less than five minutes to walk up the hill to downtown. Everyone says this is a great location. The apartment... encompasses the entire third floor of this townhouse. There is off-street parking available.
The apartment has a kitchen, a living room and a 20’ x 20’ bedroom at your disposal. There is also a full bath. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, pans, etc. There are nice dark-wood ash cabinets. You will find ample cabinet space. There are many built-in cabinets for display, books and storage. The floors are vinyl and carpet in the bedroom.
