I am a mostly retired academic, and over the years I have been lucky to find some great grad students to whom to rent. So I would prefer that only grad students consider my space.
REGARDING AVAILABILITY: current tenant vacating 6/15.
Of course I’m... prejudiced, but from the two inclusive rooms, to the basically inclusive modern bath, to the separate entrance, I’m convinced that the space I’m renting is both unique to the kinds of rentals available in the area; and, for that reason, reasonably priced. Details follow: My house, about 2 miles from campus, has been totally renovated and the rental space is completely furnished. It is very sunny. It includes exclusive use of a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a great second room that can be used for living, eating and/or studying. You will also basically have exclusive use of a very modern tile bath with tub/shower. The large, modern laundry room is on the same floor and also serves as a cooking space furnished with: an Oster extra large convection countertop oven; refrigerator; microwave; and several smaller appliances. Included in the rent as are all utilities including wireless, separately controlled heat and laundry. My kitchen is also available for your use; as is the gas grill on the deck. The separate entrance is through the garage. Unblocked parking is in the driveway. ALAS MY PROPERTY IS NOT ON A BUS ROUTE. The space is available for occupancy September 1, 2025.
