All furnishings and kitchen supplies and appliances are provided.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed; the other has one or two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms are clean, bright, and peaceful. Each bedroom is intended for one resident. Alternatively, a couple could rent both rooms and use one as an office/study. At times, you may be only occupant, in which case you'll have the entire house to yourself. Mini-splits in each bedroom.

This house is a beautiful, peaceful haven in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Previous occupants have been grad students and visiting professors, all of whom have requested to extend their leases. (It's a nice place!) Please, no tobacco smoking or vaping on the premises. No pets.

Ten-minute walk to Smith College; 22-minute walk or bus ride to UMass. Price includes all utilities, wi-fi, and a monthly cleaning service.

First month's rent and security deposit are due up front.
