LOCATION: Fantastic location! Quiet, super private, dead-end street in Hatfield, just off... I-91. Minutes to Northampton, RT 5-10, highways. Close to Five Colleges and area hospitals. 20 minutes to U. Mass.

BEDROOM FOR RENT: Lovely bedroom with twin bed, dresser, armoire, night table, armchair. (Desk and desk chair available if needed). Darkness shade. Air conditioning (mini splits). Thermostat for both heat and AC is in bedroom.

HOUSE: Big, bright, beautiful, and very spacious contemporary cape style house. On quiet, dead end street. Large, open concept floor plan with skylights, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors. TWO FULL BATHROOMS. Fully applianced, fully equipped kitchen. Stainless appliances, gas stove, dishwasher. New washer/ dryer in basement. Air conditioning throughout the house (mini splits), thermostats for both heat and AC are in every room. Wood pellet stove - super cozy in fall and winter. French doors to deck and and patio. Wonderful breezes. Gorgeous views year round.

Note: There are are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the house. The other two bedrooms may or may not be occupied during your stay. Read on re: roommates/ other occupants.

YARD: Big yard, back deck, stone patio, fire pit, grill. Very private. Plenty of parking.

OTHER ROOMMATES: The other two bedrooms may be occupied by renter/s or the visiting property owners. Everyone in the house is a busy, working professional, mature, clean, easy going, friendly. At times, you may be only occupant in which case you'll have the entire house to yourself.

FIRM REMARKS: Please, no tobacco smoking or vaping on the premises. No pets. Single occupancy only.

RENT: INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES. FREE LAUNDRY.

REQUIRED: First month's rent and last month's rent due upfront. Also required: Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent, refundable at end of tenancy) and a one-time cleaning fee ($75, non refundable).
Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a credit, eviction, and background check.
