Forest retreat 2bd/2bth/2office adjacent to trails

I have purchased a house in town and will be moving soon. For this reason I will be moving out of my rental home in Pelham and I am hoping to find a replacement for the last three months of my lease and I'd like to ask that you keep the space in mind... for the right person.

The house would become available from mid March and there is an option to renew the lease for the entirety of the next academic year. I'm very sad to leave the house as it has been a beautiful and relaxing home for the winter and with an ample yard it would be ideal for the spring and summer as well. It is a two bedroom house with a light filled office. Please see the link in the contact page for more info.

In addition to the beautiful house and beautiful forest surroundings, the really special features include: across the street access to hiking trails of the Caldwell Memorial Forest (the map on sabbatical homes is bit off, the address is 97 Packardville road), a sun-drenched extension which doubles as a greenhouse and dining area, and a large deck with private hot tub surrounded by woods off the back porch.
