2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the second floor.

🛋 Living Room Space:
The available space is in the living room, which is comparable in size to a bedroom and can be divided for privacy. A built-in closet is located in the hallway, so it does not take up living space. The room features a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to a balcony, providing excellent natural light.

👭 Roommates:
Current roommates are UMass students. We are non-smokers, do not host parties, and are friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. Rent and utility payments are always handled promptly.

🧹 Cleanliness:
Roommates take turns taking out the trash on a weekly basis. We also coordinate 1–2 deep cleanings each semester.

🚌 Transportation:
• Route 30 bus: about 10 minutes to UMass Amherst
• Route 31 bus: about 15 minutes to UMass Amherst
