Efficiency w kitchenette, in beautiful farmhouse close to Amherst

Two Story Efficiency with kitchenette on 2nd floor of country farm house. Very private and quiet home. 6 miles from Amherst in the Pelham Hills.

Must have car and be winter hardy and not mind a bit of extra snow.
We have a big livestock guardian... dog who is friendly but boisterous and in training.
We are a retired farmer, artist, grad student and who love the peace and beauty of the land and neighborhood here just 15 minutes to UMass, Amherst Center.

We are a scent free household, some essential oils ok but regular Tide, Febreze etc causes severe allergic reactions.

Off street parking, fast fiber optics internet. All the benefits of country living.
