Eco Farm 2 bedroom Apartment~ small farm community near Amherst

Beautiful quiet setting.on beginning homesteading community.

Looking for a couple or couple of friends who have lived together before and have experience taking care of an apartment. We have a spacious , 2 bedroom (with extra office or studio... )walk out basement apartment that is quiet and peaceful on a working homestead 15 minutes to University, Amherst and Hampshire colleges.

2 person maximum
It can be furnished or partially furnished for an extra 50.00 per month.
We are a small, friendly, very busy, household of artist/farmers, working professionals, alumni and students interested in sustainability, health and small farming.

A car with either AWD or snow tires is needed due to steep driveway.
Electric, snow plowing and internet are shared by the amount of people living here usually between 4-6.

We would like two friends or a couple who are neat and take pride in caring for their living spaces. Gardeners and aspiring farmers especially welcome here as we have 3 garden areas and have raised small livestock for years.

We are in a beautiful setting with open fields, woods, streams, pond, views of the mountains. There are wonderful walking or jogging trails that lead to a cranberry bog, sand pit and Amherst center.
