Downtown Easthampton 3 Bed, Looking for 1 Roommate July 1st

Hi! :) We are two recently graduated art students from UMass looking for a 3rd roommate starting July 1st to the End of December/January. We are two girls looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible roommate. This is a queer safe space <3 !... We would love to meet up with anyone interested for a little interview type thing over a cafe trip or something! The house is kind of small but it has a big basement, a living room, and a renovated kitchen! Plus a backyard :)

The neighbor's dog is a little husky named Dakota and is very friendly and cute, and loves to run around the yard sometimes. There is a bus stop that is a 10 minute walk from the house, and Eastworks is about the same distance. Very walkable/safe area, and there is a bike path that goes through Easthampton, Northampton, and Hadley, and the bike ride from the house to UMass is about 1 hour (depending on how often you ride a bike lol). If you like hiking, Mount Tom is right next to us.

No dogs/cats allowed, but we will absolutely consider small pets like fish and lizards. The bedrooom is a little on the small side, but there is ample storage space throughout the house. There are also two washing machines in the basement and one dryer.

My roommate and I will be working a lot so you might not see us very much, but we are very friendly! Our biggest ask is communication and maturity.

Amenities that we would need to split are electricity, natural gas (for heating), and internet. Rent for the room is $800 every month, plus the listed amenities. For any questions/details, please don't hesitate to reach out! Thank you!! :3

More photos will be added this weekend!
