Loooking for roomate to share an apartment at Crestview
- 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom (I'd be occupying the one of the rooms)
- Pictures show the room you'd be staying in, some of the furniture in the picture might be for sale, but the room comes... unfurnished.
- 10 minute walk from Campus and 2 PVTA bus stops right outside complex (30/31/33) with buses running every 15 mins.
- Living room is furnished with a sofa, futon and a giant TV
- Kitchen comes with refrigerator, microwave and oven, and garbage disposal in the sink. It is fairly well setup with everything you'd need
- 2 storage closets
- Parking spot available
- Bedrooms don't come furnished but you can buy most of the old tenant's stuff if needed, includes a desk, bedframe, mattress etc
- Rent is $1780 in total, split equally so $890+utilities (depends on the weather)
- I'm a male PhD student in the Computer Science department, ideally looking for other chill grad students who like to hang out. We do use the living room as a communal space to do movie nights, play video games or board game nights etc
- No one will be living in the living room and it is not an option, please do not reach out asking if that's possible
