Comfy furnished one-bedroom apartment in private home

I'm a writer working from home with a recently renovated, clean, fully furnished apartment downstairs. I'd enjoy renting to a quiet, respectful grad student or faculty member. semesters.
The home is quiet and peaceful, safe and clean, 1 1/2 blocks... from the PVTA bus, but I offer a garage space (wit remote opener) if you have a car. Campus is 3.5 miles away; downtown is 2.5 miles away.
The home is handicap-friendly, though not completely accessible for someone in a wheelchair. Your bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser/mirror, small closet. Living room has desk and chair, futon couch, TV., recliner chair There is a meditation garden in the back, a fire pit in the yard and a large deck looking out on the woods.
I have had wonderful experiences renting to grad students and visiting professors for more than 25 years.
I do not allow pets.
