Comfy furnished one-bedroom apartment in private home with private bathroom and kitchen

I'm a writer working from home with a clean, fully furnished apartment downstairs. I'd enjoy renting to a quiet, respectful grad student or faculty member. (Couples welcome.)

The home is quiet and peaceful, safe and clean, 1 1/2 blocks from the PVTA... bus, plus a garage space (with remote opener) if you have a car. Campus is 3.5 miles away; downtown 2.5 miles away.

Your bedroom has a large dresser/mirror, small closet. Living room has desk and chair, futon couch, TV, recliner chair and bookcase. There is a meditation garden in the back, a fire pit in the yard, and BBQ.

I have had wonderful experiences renting to grad students and visiting professors for more than 25 years.

I do not allow pets, smoking or parties.
